Assam Association, Delhi celebrated the Magh Bihu Festival with traditional fervour at the Central Civil Secretariat Grounds at Chanakyapuri on 16thJanuary. The celebrations began with *Uruka* (the eve) which was celebrated on Saturday, 15th January.
