Why is corruption so rampant in India?
The common Indian faces it every day. He considers himself lucky if he can get work done in a government office without paying a bribe. Despite their modest salaries, people's repesentatives and babus manage a lavish lifestyle the people they are supposed to serve cannot even dream of. Every few months a big scam comes to light - 2G, CWG and Adarsh being the latest.
