BADARPUR, March 2 – If the Congress wins the next Assembly polls, the all-round development of the entire Karimganj district will surely take place. This was promised by Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, on Monday morning while addressing a public meeting at Malua here. He laid the foundation stone of the Barak Valley Engineering College in Karimganj district, which was proposed by the Assam Government officially.
