Cachar Jamiat distances itself from Ajmal
SILCHAR, Feb 16: AIUDF seemed to face a jolt as Cachar unit of Jamiat had virtually distanced itself from Badruddin Ajmal. This year Ajmal, who had recently been ousted from the post of state president of the Jamiat, had not even been invited in the annual function of Topkhana Jamia Islamia, the nerve centre of the Cachar Chapter of the influential Islamic socio religious organization.
