GUWAHATI, Sept 19: A division bench of the Gauhati Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice Hrishikesh Roy today rejected the bail plea of former NC Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC) Chief Executive Member (CEM) Mohet Hojai, Social Welfare Department RH Khan and bank official Samir Ahmed.
